Describe a time when you received negative feedback from a professor or manager. How did you react?

Example of good answer: When I was a freshman in college, I received negative feedback from a professor on a research paper I had submitted. At first, I was embarrassed and felt like I had failed. However, I quickly realized that this would be an opportunity to learn and grow. I took the professor's feedback to heart, and worked hard to make the changes he had suggested. I ended up getting an ‘A’ on the paper, and I was proud of how I had responded to the feedback.
