How to answer
A good answer sounds like this.
Example answer
When giving feedback to my manager, I strive to be clear and concise while also being respectful of their position. I communicate feedback by first taking the time to understand the situation and the perspective of all parties involved. Once I have this understanding, I make sure to provide a well-thought-out, constructive explanation of my feedback. Additionally, I make sure to keep an open dialogue with my manager so that we can work together to find a solution.
