How to answer this question.
The best way to answer this job interview question is to explain that I have a consistent system in place to ensure my manager is kept informed of my work progress. I make sure to have regular check-ins with my manager to update them on the status of my projects, and I also provide regular written updates.
Additionally, I use various tools such as project management software and task tracking systems to track and report my progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
