When working on a team project, I like to start by understanding everyone's individual roles and strengths. I then like to brainstorm together to come up with a plan of action that takes advantage of our skills and resources. I also like to keep an open dialogue throughout the project, making sure to check in with team members regularly and encourage collaboration. Finally, I like to take responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time and to a high standard.
