I also make sure to include a spot for any items that team leaders or executives would like to add to the agenda. Before each meeting, I also review the past meetings minutes and any related reports or documents. This helps to ensure that I have a clear understanding of all topics that need to be discussed. I also prepare a brief summary of the past month’s accomplishments and any challenges that the team has faced. This helps to provide a comprehensive overview for all participants. During the meeting, I strive to create a relaxed and open atmosphere. I make sure to allow ample time for questions and open dialogue
