When I was working in a customer service role at a retail store, I had to work with a co-worker who had different values and beliefs than I did. My co-worker was a devout Christian and I am an atheist. Despite our differences in faith, we had to work together to complete our tasks.

We respected each other's beliefs and agreed to disagree and stay focused on the job. We were able to maintain a professional and friendly relationship by avoiding topics of religion and focusing instead on our shared goals. Despite our differences in values, we were able to work together successfully.
