Job Mojito is an AI-based SAAS platform where you can advance your career and prepare your job interview process with AI job tools on the https://jobinterview.coach/, and https://jobmojito.com/ domain names (all is referred to as ‘’Services’’). We believe that everyone has a right of privacy. We view privacy as a key part of the value that we deliver to our users.
This privacy policy explains how Job Mojito uses and processes your personal data and applies to all the Services on websites above, offered by FreshMint ai OÜ which is based in Estonia.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1. From Job Seekers
a. Registration Information: We collect information about you when you register for an account through the Services. You provide your email address when you register for the Services. You also have the option to register by using some third-party accounts(such as Google, Linkedin or Apple) If you choose to register by using a third party account please see “Information from third parties’’ below.
b. Profile Information: After your registration, we collect your full name, phone number, physical address, and Linkedin URL information in the Profile section. Also, to understand better your job searching goals we collect your job position you are seeking, your seniority level, industry you are working, and from when you are unemployed information.
c. Resume Information: We collect data in your resume and all files uploaded into the Services
d. Cover Letter Information: We collect company name, recruiter name, company address, and position you will apply to create a cover letter for with our AI tools.
e. Interview Information: We collect your audio, video, all spoken word transcripts collected during usage of interview coach and all content generated in interviews when you use interview tools in Job Mojito. Also, we collect job roles or descriptions, performance reviews, date, time and length of service, feedback, job title, division, development goals or plans, performance plans, salary data information related to interviews.
f. Billing information: If you make a payment to Job Mojito and provide your billing details, we store your name, address, email address and tax number information. Our integrations with third party payment gateways are processing your financial information only. We don’t store or log any sensitive cardholder or credit card number data provided by you or your responders.
g. Device Identifiers: We collect your data logs, when you are accessing the Services. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details about your visit.
h. Analytics: We provide and store analytics with data related to your resume, interviews, and cover letters. Prediction results from algorithms that are executed in your browser including: Voice transcript, word cadence analysis, text sentiment analysis, etc. are stored. Your performance, improvements, and changes in your goals related to your data is also stored.

a. Contract Information: We collect personal data that in the contract related to the Service we provide, we make with businesses.
b. Main Contact Person Information: After registration, we collect the main contact person’s name, email, phone number, and Linkedin URL information.

To delete your Job Mojito account by using the “delete profile” button on your profile page or sending a request via email to support@jobmojito.com. Your account and data will be permanently deleted from our systems after a specified period.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will post the revised version on this page. If the changes in this policy might have changed your mind to use Services, we will inform active users who are any user that either used a free version of Services less than 12 months ago from the change, or users with active subscription or credits purchased less than 24 months ago by email. By continuing to access or use the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policy. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.
