How to answer

How to answer this question.

Good answer: When I worked as a receptionist at a large medical office, I was often responsible for attending to multiple clients at the same time. To remain calm and organized, I used a few strategies. I always made sure to take deep breaths and focus on the task at hand, taking one client at a time.

I also tried to prioritize clients who were in more urgent need of assistance. Additionally, I made sure to greet each client with a smile and positive attitude, which helped to create an environment of calmness.
