How to answer

A good answer sounds like this.

Example answer

When I was in college, I had a group project with three other classmates. We were assigned to create a presentation on a specific topic. Each of us had different ideas on how the project should be done and we were struggling to come to a consensus. After a few hours of discussion, we realized that we needed to compromise in order to make progress.

We ended up splitting the project into four parts and each of us took responsibility for one portion. This allowed us to utilize our individual strengths while still keeping the project cohesive. As a result, we were able to complete the project on-time and all members of the group earned a great grade.
