Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult team member and how you handled the situation.
A good answer sounds like this.
When I was working on a project in my previous job, I had to work with a team member who was very difficult to work with. He had an abrasive personality and was very outspoken about his opinions, which sometimes caused conflicts in the team.
Despite his difficult behavior, I chose to remain professional and focused on the task at hand. I communicated clearly and calmly with the team member and tried to understand his point of view, even if I did not necessarily agree with it.
I also kept the team leader informed of the situation so that she could provide support if needed. In the end, I was able to work with the team member to complete the project successfully.
