A good example of a time when I had to think outside of the box was in my job as a marketing manager. I was tasked with a project to come up with a new advertising campaign for a product that had been on the market for several years. I realized that the traditional methods of advertising were no longer working, so I decided to research innovative ideas for reaching out to our target audience. I ended up creating a multi-platform campaign that included social media influencers, targeted digital advertising, and an interactive website. The results of this campaign far exceeded our expectations and it was credited as one of the biggest successes of the year.
