When approaching a conflict within a team, I believe that communication, compromise, and understanding are key. I would begin by listening to all perspectives to gain a full understanding of the situation.
Then I would seek to brainstorm solutions that everyone can agree on and come to a compromise that works for everyone.
Finally, I would ensure that everyone is on the same page and that everyone understands the agreed upon solution.
