How to answer

A good answer sounds like this.

Example answer

When faced with criticism from a team member, it is important to remain professional and respectful. I believe in actively listening to the criticism and taking it into account, as it might help me to improve in the future.

I also try to focus on understanding the point of view of the person giving the criticism and acknowledging it, while at the same time responding in a constructive manner.

In some cases, it might be necessary to agree to disagree, but I always strive to ensure there is a mutual understanding and respect for the other person's opinion.
