How to answer

A good answer sounds like this.

Example answer

My approach to handling tasks that are outside of my skill set is to first assess the task and make a plan for how to approach it. I like to research the task, familiarize myself with the skills required, and determine if there are any resources available to help me complete the task. If it's a reasonable expectation to complete the task, I will attempt to do so, and if needed, ask for help from colleagues or mentors. I'm open to learning new skills and am eager to take on new challenges.
