How to answer
A good answer sounds like this.
Example answer
When working on a team project, I prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, then break them down into manageable chunks. I communicate regularly with my team to ensure everyone is aware of our progress and timeline, and that everyone is on the same page.
If I am facing a conflict in priorities, then I will work with the team to reach a consensus on which task to prioritize and how to allocate resources. Finally, I follow up regularly to ensure that tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
