How to answer

A good answer sounds like this.

Example answer

When I am feeling overwhelmed at work, I take a few minutes to step away and take a few deep breaths. I also make sure to take regular breaks throughout the day, either to get up and move around my office or take a walk outdoors. Additionally, I try to create a to-do list that breaks down tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces. This helps me prioritize tasks that need to be completed and also helps me to focus on one task at a time. Finally, I make sure to set aside time for activities that help me relax, such as yoga, listening to music, or reading.
