How to answer

A good answer sounds like this.

Example answer

When I was working on a project with a colleague, we had a difference of opinion on how to proceed. I knew that if we didn't find a way to compromise and communicate effectively, the project would suffer. So, I took the time to listen to my colleague's point of view, and I made sure to explain my own perspective in a respectful and non-confrontational way. I also tried to be open to his ideas and compromise on a solution that we could both agree on. In the end, we were able to move forward with the project and successfully complete it.
