How to answer

How to answer this question.

If I could start my previous role again, I would approach it differently in several ways. First and foremost, I would focus on developing my skillset more. Looking back, I realize there were many opportunities to learn and grow that I could have taken advantage of but chose not to. I should have taken the initiative to attend seminars, classes, workshops, and other events to further my knowledge and understanding of my role, and the industry as a whole.

Secondly, I would have been more proactive in seeking out new challenges. I was content to complete the tasks assigned to me and rarely went above and beyond. I now realize that it is important to push yourself outside of your comfort zone to gain professional experience.

Thirdly, I would have been more communicative with my colleagues and supervisors. I could have asked for feedback more frequently to ensure that I was meeting their expectations and following best practices. I would have also asked for help when I needed it, rather than struggling on my own.

Finally, I would have taken more ownership of my work. I was nervous to make decisions on my own, but I now know that it is necessary if I want to be successful. Taking ownership of my projects would have allowed me to be more creative
